Borough of Barnsley swimmers took part in the Yorkshire Championships this weekend at Ponds Forge.
Taking a team of 15 swimmers they secured a total of 3 medals. Kalum Smart was crowned 14yr old 50m Butterfly champion with Georgia Lee earning 2 silver medals in the 13 yr 50m and 100m Breaststroke
Club Spokesman Adrian Wightman said "The squad swam exceptionally well over the course of the weekend with the majority of swimmers gaining personal bests. The squad also secured a number of top 10 places across a range of events."
