37 Swimmers took part in the Barnsley Minors League Individual Gala held at Knottingley on 1 November 2014.
In this short course gala all events are over 50m. The swimmers eligible to enter are drawn from the teams who take part in the four divisions of the Barnsley Minors League. The other clubs taking part this year included Adwick, Chapeltown, Knottingley, Rossington, Rotherham Metro, Scunthorpe Anchor, Sheffield City and City of Wakefield.
Our team won 21 medals and achieved 74 personal best short course times from 124 swims. There were 7 Gold medalists, 7 Silver medalists and 7 Bronze medalists with Elizabeth Safonkina claiming a maximum 4 Gold Medals from her 4 events.

There are too many personal best times to list individual swimmers. However everyone should be greatly encouraged by the improvements shown in their personal best times.
